This is a distressed liquid storage facility in Pennsylvania, located on the Susquehanna River. The facility has 4.4m gallons of liquid storage, an 11k sq. ft. warehouse, a rail spur on the Norfolk Southern line and three truck bays.

This terminal facility is fully permitted and could be used to provide fuel/lube services for both fleets and at the wells site; distribute muds, chemicals, drilling fluids; conventional fuel or ethanol throughput and distribution; biodiesel production and distribution.

Permits: Fuel storage/distribution; biodiesel production/distribution; hazardous materials: Phase I and phase II environmentals; NPDES permits; SPCC permits; inspections and registrations are current.
